Group
Coaching
Each group
series focuses on a different theme and sessions are then tailored to fit
the needs of the individuals in the group. A series of nine group
sessions covers a three month period, with meetings on the first three
weeks of the month. Group members call in to a central teleconferencing
number at a specified time for the 60 minute sessions.
How does this work on the phone?
Easier than you might think.
Once everyone on the call
checks in, the coach guides the discussion. Each person simply says their
name before they start talking. Generally groups run between 5 and 10
people. We quickly learn to tell who is who by voice. When
several people talk at once, the coach plays traffic director for a
moment.
Before long, the normal pattern of people who are interested in the same
things and excited about what they are doing takes over;
laughter and sharing of setbacks and milestones weave through the material
covered.
E-mail is used to communicate with the coach and encouraged among group
members. Each session is followed by an e-mail of backup material and
exercised to do on your own.
Group Fees are $105 a month or $315 for the nine session
series. Fees are payable monthly by credit card or in full by check at
signup.

Deepening the Source
This group nourishes the sources from which
your creative juices spring. It is especially good for those who have hit
a dry spell or have trouble getting motivated on your own.
The series of
nine sessions draws on aspects of life experience you may not have
considered as supporting your work. Each session focuses on different
sectors of life experience for the group members to explore.
We begin by
focusing our relationship to the outer events of our world and our
reactions to them. We then move through areas of bodily experience and how
language and music can support our work. Only at the end of the series do
we turn to the ways that visual input and journaling can crystallize the
sources that inspire you deeply.
