Welcome
to breakTHROUGH Creativity Coaching for artists!
Whether
you’re creating fine art or fine craft, my joy as a creativity coach is to
bring you all the latest tools to develop your unique style. Prior to
training as a creativity coach, my background as a psychologist, artist,
and therapist helps me synthesize the latest from many fields, including
positive psychology, to help working artists make the creative changes
they’ve been longing to make.
I
especially like helping visual artists build confidence in their own
unique passions and strengths while systematically tailoring their time
management and organization skills to their style of making art. In
addition, I have lots of experience in helping manage those inner critics
and self-sabotaging habits that can derail anyone’s creative process. As a mixed media fiber artist myself, I extend a special invitation to
artists working in these media.

which offers new ways for you to make art by building on your strengths. I
